A trumpet player with over 15 years’ experience teaching brass to adults and children of all levels, in all styles and genres.

I hold a Diploma in Trumpet from the Conservatorio of Mantua (Italy), and a Bachelor of Music and a Master in Music Education, both from the Royal College of Music in London.

As a performer, I have had the privilege to play with orchestras in the UK and abroad, including Philharmonia Orchestra, Orchestra Verdi (Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano), Orchestra St Paul, Southwark Sinfonia, Orchestra of the Teatro G. Donizetti in Bergamo and Hertfordshire Philharmonia, at venues such as Royal Festival Hall, Auditorium di Milano, Queen Elizabeth Hall, De Montfort Hall and Gloucester Cathedral. I have played under conductors such as Riccardo Chailly, Bernard Haitink, Vladimir Jurowski, John Axelrod and Edward Gardner.

I have played classical, jazz, opera, big band, swing … and in my spare time, I am a proud member of ska and funk bands.
